Default Sucking oil like crazy, ford taurus.

My taurus is sucking oil like crazy. I recently replaced the cylinder heads with new ones due to a burned valve and all was good for a while but lately it has been sucking down oil like crazy through the intake and it is not the PCV system. The PCV system is working like it should. The engine crankcase has a lot of vacuum applied to it right now also which is not right. I can take off the oil filler cap and feel a very strong vacuum on the filler neck and I can also feel strong vacuum on the oil dipstick tube. I believe this vacuum in the crankcase is what is causing all the oil to suck up into the intake manifold. My thought is the the lower intake manifold gasket that mates to the cylinder head is leaking which would cause a vacuum leak into the crankcase, thus allowing oil to be sucked up into the manifold and into the cylinders.

Any ideas?
