Default Coil Question/Part #

I don't have any coils yet,but have access to both these truck coils-12558693 or the Delphi 10457730.
Which ones are considered the higher out-put ones?
And are they both plug and play on an 01 LS6 C5 harness?
Thanks-Dominic

they are plug and play as long as you get the truck brackets and coil harness with them. i put them on my car and the big white plug went right in. i had to bend my fuel supply line a little to make them fit a camaro.
