Default Need the best tuner possible PLEASE give me suggestions

I am going nuts i am not a great tuner but I know a decent amount and for some reason cant get my car tuned in, took it to a tuner out of state and it came back worse then when I left. It was done on a dyno but I think not enough time was spent on the entire tune. I also had a the tune looked at and modified by a tuner that i trust via the internet and just want someone whos either willing to fly here and do it right or someone i can ship my car too and know its gunna be perfect when hes done. Please I need some help as to who to trust. Car is not all that radical but heres the jist of it
