Question L76 Intake

I was wondering...on an LS1....can I swap my LS6 intake for an L76 Manifold?

No, Ls1 heads have cathedral intake ports, L92's are rectangular.

yeah.. if you get a block with 4"+ bore and swap to L92 heads.

In other words.. no.. but GMPP is supposedly working on small bore L92 heads that it would bolt up to, but they aren't released yet.

the LS2 intake will work with LS1 heads? whats a rough price on that?

you gotta pay to play...I think someone had mentioned porting an LS2 but I don't know if you will be saving anyhing by the time you pay someone to port the intake, A victor Jr Efi manifold would be another way to go. I don't know what all you have done to your car but my Ls6 intake was still on my car when I was running 11.3 N/A, My advice would be to wait til you can afford the FAST 90/NW 90.

LS2 Intake will bolt up to LS1 Heads. All the Cathedral Intakes can be swapped around.

alright...cause I just want the Nick William 90mm throttle body...cause for now I'm going to see what my car can do with bolt ons with out H/C....
