Generation IV Internal Engine - L92 Heads Cam

Does anybody know how big of a cam can go into one of the new 6.0l engines that come with the L92 heads (L76/LY6) without running into trouble? Also has anybody removed the cam phaser and installed a LS2 timing set? My LY6 below.

What are you wanting to run? All depends on where the cam is degreed and what lift/duration.

I was thinking about something in the 22X range for intake duration and around .590 lift. What size cam have some of you guys ran on stock 6.0 bottom ends without running into piston to valve clearance issues?
