Default Crower 00572 cam

I have a Crower 00572 cam. If I install this cam (97 LS1 vette auto4 with 3.15 gears 15K miles) Can I use the stock springs? If not could you recommend a reasonably priced aftermarket or OEM spring? 114 lsa 272 deg 0.553 lift intake and 280 deg 0.575 lift exhaust. Would you think this (cam only, for now) is a worthwhile install as far as power gain? Thanks-Chuck.

Default

stock springs-no
are those numbers the adv. durations ex. @ zero lift?
about a 224/228 duration @ 0.050 lift?
if so a cam only (no head change) change is fine with springs/pushrods and low miles on the existing lifters. if the engine has 30 tho plus miles I would change the lifters, now the heads must come off.
patriot gold double springs will fit this setup and give you some insurance if you break a spring. a single spring like comp 918 would be my second pick.
