So I go to take my crank bolt off, and it won't go. I am sitting there with my impact gun just blasting away at it...and it will not budge....

the thing is torqued up to 240ft-lbs.

it's going to take a HUGE breaker bar or a really strong pull.

Yea, I triwed a 6ft bar ahha...didn't really help.

Honestly, just try harder. I used a 1/2 drive torque wrench, put the thing on there and pulled to the point where I was almost hanging off the bar. It broke loose and had me thinking oh **** (damn TTY bolts feel like they snap off when they break loose). You'll get it just keep at it. If you're using a gun, make sure it's rated over 250 ft-lbs otherwise it'll be a while. Dunno what other advice to offer.

A little heat goes a long way on loctited bolts.

I have that ARP bolt also. It's a big mother ******. 27mm 12-point. the socket costs like $8 lol.

Is it the stock bolt and stock setup? Don't loctite the bolt, asking for major problems.
