Default Reprogram Keyless Entry Possible?

Is it possible to reprogram a factory keyless entry from one car to another?

Like from a 95 Firebird to a 97 TA?

Probably something a dealership could do for you.

Don't think you can go from a '95 to a '96-'02 remote. The part number, FCCID number and even the programing procedures are different.
