Paint & Body Work - Front bumper sag on just one side

My front bumper is sagging a little on the right side of the car. It drives me nuts. Also, there is a gap between the bumper and the headlight. I can easily slide part of my hand down in there. The other side is pretty good though. The front bumper had been repainted by the other owner as well so this must be causing the problem. Anything I can do to get the right side up a bit and get the gap between the headlight to go away? Thanks.

Anyone? Someone else has to have or had this problem.

i'm not fore sure but go in and loosin up the bolts if they are already not loose and try and push the bumper up where it should be then tighten the bolts. just a guess. i know hondas do this ive never had to touch my bumpers. good luck
