Ok with the mods in sig i ran a 11.81 at 114 with a 1.71 60ft. this Was on a set of chrome zr1 rims with 315 nittos. I know there are a few things that i dont have that i will be gitting. I am getting my tranny rebuilt this week. So what is need with my set up to get in to the 10s. Any help or coments would be nice. How much would good tranny slicks and skinnys give me. Plus how is every one launching there cars with a 4400 stall to get better 60 ft.

A set of racing wheels and a pair of slicks & skinnies will help alot. Take everything out of the car you can.(seats, spare tire , jack etc...)
When you stage the car hold the brake as hard as you can, bring the rpms up to where the car almost moves, when you see the last yellow drop the hammer.
Good luck to ya,

You could always add a little 100 shot and make your 10's.
But you probably want all n/a. Coach has some good ideas.
Good luck!

LAUCH OF THE 4400 CONVERTOR DEPENDS ON WHAT GEAR YOU ARE RUNNING. FOR EXAMPLE IN THE 3:42 RANGE AROUND 2500 TO 3000 RPM'S. FOR 4:10'S AROUND 2000 TO 2500. ALOT OF PEOPLE SEEMED TO LIKE AROUND 2500. THESE ARE BASELINES FOR A START. OTHER FACTORS TO CONSIDERED ARE SUSPENSION SETUP AND HEIGHT OF TIRE. I RUN MY TIRES AT 14 WITH A 4200 YANK AROUND 2500 RPM'S. PRACTICE AND FIND YOUR SWEET SPOT. . THESE ESTIMATES ARE FOR SLICKS. NITTO'S ARE LUNCH MUCH SOFTER AND I WOULD START AROUND 1500 :burn: GOOD LUCK.
