Default Shift light install in 98 Z

stupid 98s.... i cant find the tach wire in this thing. i was thinking it was the white wire from the PCM but when connected it doesnt work. any ideas on where to hook this thing up. i found a million things on the site but they are all about 99 and up cars.

hmm, i will double check when i get home but its currently hooked into the white wire. at the top of the page it says 98 but on the titel bar at the very top on IE it shows 99.... thanks for the link anyways since i am sure i will need alot of that info for other projects.

According to the link there's two white wires - C1 Red pin #3 and C2 Blue pin #35, which I think is the one you want.

ROFL, the wire was dirty and looked grey. its working now, thanks for the help. excuse me while i go kick myself now lol.
