Default squealing at full lock

When turning at low speed with the wheel at full lock there is a low squealing or howling sound coming from the front of the car. The car is all stock so idk any ideas?

It's normal any car you drive when you turn the wheel full left/right the power steering pump is going to whine alittle bit. I would'nt worrie to much about it.

Is it more of a whine or a squeal?

whine = normal

squeal = not normal

check the fluid just to be safe and add some Lucas PS additive

It's not good practice to hold at full lock, puts alot of strain on the pump and lines.

check tire pressures as well. one of them may be only sqeueeling during sharp cornering.
