LQ4 w/ LS6 Heads Combo what Cam? I have a 2000 LQ4 6.0L Im going to use a forged LS1 Crank with Stock Rods and Forged Aluminum Pistons. Im wanting to you 2002 LS6 Heads which I believe are the same as the LS2 Heads. Im also going to use the LS6 Intake and TB. What came should I use? It will mostly be for street cruising Its going in a 68 Camaro with C5 Drivetrain with a T56 Transaxle. Im looking for around 450-475hp at the crank. I want a cam that has some thump to it and Im looking for mostly midrange but I dont want to sacrifice the low end. Would I be better off with a Fast 90/90 Since its a 6.0L with the LS6/LS2 Heads Since the LS2 has a 90mm? Thanks in Advance!

hey man the ls2 heads are not the same as the ls6. the ls2 heads are for a 6.0l and the ls6 heads are for a 5.7l not the same thing. you are going to choke your motor even if you get them ported. dont do it if your plannin on drivin it everyday

Read my sig. I have been daily driving this car with no problems I am making the power you want right now without a port. I am getting them ported though. As far as I know. The flow numbers for the LS2/LS6 heads are the same.
