Anybody around here? Oxnard, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo?

If so, has anybody seen a 2000ish Red Camaro running around Oxnard with what looks like 3 lawn mower mufflers attached to the hood that are rattle canned stupid *** colors? Older guy driving it I think?

Not in the armed forces...but I'm from TO and I've seen that car in and around Oxnard/Hueneme.
