Default What should I pay for this 99 TA?

This guy is asking $11.5 k for a 99 TA. 106k miles and:

Leather
Power everything
T-bar roof
Ram Air
Custom Paintwork (silver stripes and 3 firebird logos painted on various places, professionally done, looks really cool)
Bose Sound system (not sure of details)
Powerchip
k and n air filter
A brand new set of tires
Perfect exterior and interior
No problems whatsoever

The price he's asking is well over the KBB list price of around $9500. With the all he's done to it, how much do you think it would be worth? (TAs around here go for around this much, though) Do you think his price of $11.5k is fair?

Depending on the amount of records he has for the car's maintenance. I would surely come down on the price a bit

I'd say it's a little over priced. I'd try to talk him down a bit.

I say keep looking. I recently bought a 99 TA for $7500 with 93,000 miles and excellent condition with brand new tires from the second owner. Good deals are out there, you just have to be patient!

Well guys, it was a no-deal. He wouldn't budge. Oh well, I'll keep looking. Could I have this thread closed or deleted?
