Default anyone reringed a stock block after installing H&C?

I have talked to a couple of people and they say that the factory rings are pretty bad. Has anyone reringed the block AFTER they installed a H & C package? What was the dyno before and after results?

I'm intersted in this also. What would be some good aftermarket rings to use?

One of the corvette guys just emailed me, here is what he gained:
Before with 3.90s
440rwhp
After re-ring with 4.10s
457rwhp

Damn, that's impressive. We must be losing a lot of compression from our rings if that scenario rings true <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
