Default ls1 brake upgrade

I'm in the process of upgrading to ls1 brakes.. the trouble I'm having right now is removing the spindle.. I don't have a puller.. All of the nuts are off and its just stuck right now on the middle lower bolt and its rusty.. I hit it with a **** load of WD40 and i have been whacking it with a hammer and it wont come off.. any suggestions?

Unless you have a better tool to use you just have to pull really hard. It helps to yank on it in bursts rather than apply steady pressure. Also pull it while turning it. It took me a while to get mine off too, but I got eventually.

ball joint seperator,tunning fork etc.
i would get a small 2x4 hydr.jack place it under the spindle, put the castle nutt back on to cover the top(screw it on till the nutt is flush with the top of the joint and tap it a few times with a BFH (5lbsledge).do not mushroom the castle nutt!

Dont hit the balljoint. You hit the side of the spindle. Found the the jack cup will hold the rotor well to get 2 or 3 good hits and its off. Make sure the upper joint has a nut on it doe the spindle dont go flying out.

Yes this is the easiest way, I use a 5lb sledge hammer and hit the side of the spindle and it will break free, usually in a couple of strong Homerun hits will do. the ball joint seperater will probably tear the boot..
