Default which shifter do i have in my m6?

im curious as to what shifter i may have in my 01 z28. It has a leather "H" shift **** which would lead me to believe its a hurst, but i have no other hurst badges or anything. on the other hand, its very loud, shifts kind of chunky but firm, and stands straight up in the center, it doesnt limp to one side like most stock shifters do (at least the one in my buddys mustang did). maybe i have the pro 5.0? what would it look like if i was to take the plastic off to get a look? Bought my car used with hooker catback and whisper lid and skip shift so im not sure what other mods this guy did, thanks.

is the shifter shaft straight or curved? what color is the shaft? the H **** came stock on the 01-02 SS's and WS-6's u may just have a stock hurst out of another fbody. they supposedly are real hurst but they arent as good of quality IMO i broke mine and got the hurst comp plus.

it is not curved and the shaft is almost like a gold color.

well i finally found time to take off the center piece and get a look. it looks exactly like this one, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-02...spagenameZWDVW.

only thing is i was too lazy to take off the black rubber piece that goes around the bottom so i couldnt see the base where it is supposd to say "power tower". none the less im almot positive it is. do you have the link to where i can buy lous short stick?

Yeah, probably a Pro5.0. I know that the stock stick is black and the B&M is stainless steel color.
