Idle Air Control question... I took mine off to clean it up (was pretty dirty) and noticed the black nub doesn't push down very easily (it's off a '98). I pulled it out and cleaned the screw and spring. Should it be able to spring up and down easily or is there supposed to be some tension, making it tough to move?
