Default swap out ls6 to 90/90

my car already has an ls6 manifold, i was wondering if i should go ahead and spend the $$$ and get a fast 90/90 setup. If someone could tell me how much hp/tq you picked up from experience. It seems like a easy install from what i read, any advice when doing the swap.

They say with basic bolt-ons, an LS6 intake with a p/p throttle body is more than enough. A 90/90 is recommended with a h/c package, it becomes essential then.

If you plan on a h/c package or forced induction, then you'll want the fast 90/90 setup.

You can get a cam kit for less and make way more power. Its just a little more work.
