to engage your two step do y'all have to hit your trans brake button and the black switch which comes with the kit? It seems like thats the only way to do it, per the instructions. You'd think that you can wire the 2-step so as soon as you hit your transbrake the 2step is engaged.

reason i'm askin is my 2step either took a **** or has a short somewhere. i need to re-wire somethings and wanted to get some other opinions/ options to what others have done with this factory compatible 2step

old post but its the only one i have found. Has anyone used the 2-step before?
