i'm a little irritated right now with Ron at Vengenance. i was told that the parts i wanted were in stock and ready to ship. i placed my order last tuesday (8-28-07). i figured they would go out wednesday as it was kinda late in the day when ordered. now keep in mind that Vengeance is only 6 hours north of me and i get both ups and fedex from just about anywhere in Georgia the next day. thursday rolls around and nothing. ok, i know i'll have it by friday and i'll be able to finish everything up on the 3 day weekend. friday goes by and nothing. i send a couple pm's friday asking about the parts, they are read, but no reply. i get a pm saturday that he remembers printing my shipping info, but does not recall the day and that he would get the tracking # monday (as they were working) and let me know.

guess what......i'm about to walk out the door to my second job, my pm i sent today was once again read and i still have yet to hear from him.

to some who read this, it may seem like i am being petty or just a pain. well its not everyday that i send someone over $1200.00 for parts. Ron was very quick to respond to all my pm's and return my call prior to ordering the parts, i just wish that i was getting the same attention now that i have given him my $$$. i am a father of 4 with 2 in college and money is pretty tight most of the time. its rare that i can spend this much cash on my car.

i read only good things about the good folks at Vengeance and i was very excited about my purchase. i am pretty sure that the parts will arrive, but now i get to find the time to finish the project while working 2 jobs.

Ron, you may want to try something i learned a long time ago.....say what you mean and mean what you say, because so far i am very disappointed with your service AFTER the sale. all you had to do was pick-up the phone today and let me know what was going on. i am sure you would expect the same if you were in my shoes.

Did you request 2 or 3 day shipping when you ordered?
Sometimes UPS ground can take up to 5 business days (and they don't deliver today) even though other things may take less time. Not an excuse but it could be a possibility.

Please post up when you get your parts and/or response, send an email instead of pm in the morning to get the tracking information.

I am extremely sorry about your frustration. I have kept in constant contact with you as best I can... You ordered a ported FAST 90mm/camshaft and intake gaskets. I did have all of the parts in stock, but it does take me 24 to 72 hours to complete an intake once ordered depending on how back logged I am at that time. I would have been more than happy to ship your camshaft if I knew you were in the middle of a project.

FWIW, I went back and read our conversations this morning. I have responded to 5 PMs AFTER the sale. I do my best, but keep in mind I get roughly 150 PMs a week off of this board alone.

I will PM you your tracking # within the hour.
