Default S88 Compared to a Large Frame GT47 88MM turbo

Pics. Which one is smaller.

I am told the S88 & S91 is as big as a GT42.

The S88 and S91 are the same frame size as the GT42. The GT47 is much larger indeed, and also much heavier. S88-S91 is 47lbs vs GT47 is 59lbs.

Is there a S turbo that is like 94-98mm?

The ship weight of my GT47-88 was 60-65 lbs, with the housing.

We are working on some different models right now. Should be able to do from 86mm to 100mm in a mid thumper style, then all the way up to 122mm later, once some product support is released.

on their website it says that the s122 is at the 2xxx(hope that first "x" is a bigger than 0). im guessing it'll be significantly lighter than the t-netics one.

Yes its pretty much a direct swap. We do use a slip outlet on the compressor discharge though compared to the V-band discharge for the 85mm and larger units.

Man, you guys are absolutely............... awesome!!!!!!!

And, before i got my s85, I thought that the s88 was the big boy s-series. Well, the s88 is a kid brother compared to what ya'll have in the works.

I really, really see myself going for a s95 in the near future....

The S95 in no way compares to the S88 or S85.....

It is a Thumper and is HUGE..... needs quite a bit more room then the S88....
