Default reasonable fee to swap a 98 to a 99+ lsx pcm

For those of you who know the work involved, what would be a fair "shop price" to do this swap. We will assume that the 99+ pcm and bracket is already provided.

Thanks,

Ryan

you only have to change the pcm, if you use the fuel segments from the express van.

EC_Tune over at HPT's forum may be able to help with the segment swap... I'd *REALLY* like to have a copy of the base file with the swapped segment(s) that you get if possible...

Why would you want to go 98 -> 99 PCM? Is there a disadvantage to the 98?

yes there are,

with the new PCM you get real time tuning capability, much more resolution on all tables and the abilitie to use all the cool custom operating systems that are avaliable to the 99-02 PCM

Or get EFI Live and do the segment swaps yourself
