Default LQ9 crankshaft in an 00 ls1?

is there any differances that would preclude the use of an lq9 crank in an 00 ls1? I have a block that I could use and a crankshaft in good condition I also have rods just need some pistons.

the flywheel looks like it will bolt right up but is there a issue with useing one in a fbody with a t-56?

and I did use the search but only found info on an auto.

From what I've heard is that it won't work properly. I'm not 100%.

I know the earlier 6.0 cranks had a flange that stuck out further where the flywheel bolts on, but I don't know if the newer ones are the same.
