Default 1 quick ? about pacesetter bolt holes

i've got an 02 ws6 im gettin ready to put a set of pacesetters lt's on , but i noticed that the rear bolt in the stock exhaust manifold (driver side) is broke. the head is completly gone and the bolt is broken below the surface of the head. My question is do the pacesetter lt's use the same bolt holes in the head as the stock manifolds? The reason i ask is i found another thread talking about the holes being diff. on the front and rear holes in the lt's . Is this true ????? PLZ tell me it is b/c this is the only thing holding me up from doing the header install. if it is true consider that broke bitch as permanently installed cause i aint taking it out.

When we did mine I don't recall there being different holes. Good luck getting that out.

They use the same holes man. You're screwed. You'll have to drill and tap that thing out. If you just leave it and try to install your headers, you'll have a big exhaust leak.

Yah, the flange may look a little different, but they use the same mounting holes.

Time for heads/cam, lol.

See if you can get one of those extractors (i forgot the name someone help me out) that you drill into the bolt and can screw it right out.

did you break the bolt?? It's not sticking up at all so as to be able to get a grip-lock set of pliers on there so you can get it out? Do you have the bolt head?, if so how many threads are left on it? maybe you could use it so as to not have exhaust leaks, otherwise you will need to pull the head.

This is a shiotty situation because you are really fighting for room there.

Are you thinking of EZout? That is a **** angle to try to get that thing out... good luck, if you got the funds, might as well look into some heads (even just some LS6 castings and carry all your current **** over), and while they're out take a look at your lifters, etc... you see where this is going?
