Default LS S10 plug wires?!!!

I am using the round coils and ordered truck wires from msd. They seem to be too long by about an 1.5" or so. Have those of you with them used the car wires in place to get them a little shorter. Thanks

I used Taylor wires and they also are about 1.5" long....but on the one plug nearest the brake booster. I used a plug out of an LS2 car. The one with the 45 boot for the coil pack and a 90 boot for the plug. I needed this in order to clear the steering shaft. It fits with about .25" play in the wire. NOT ALOT by far, but it did fit on the round coils.

I used the round coils, and just used the stock wires that came with my motor. No problems
