Default Shifter Grease?

What kind of grease can I use in my shifter (it's a Kirban...but it comes apart just like a B&M and some others I've messed with).

I just want to take it apart and clean it and re-grease it...but I don't know what to use. I figure it's got 15K miles on it (between use in my previous car and this one) so I think it needs it.

Nobody's ever re-greased their shifter? I just don't want to use something that'll hurt the ATF thats in there.

You won't hurt it . I'd use some regular ol' high temp wheel bearing grease .
