Default what ever happend to FLP headers????

I am trying to sell a set of my flp headers (Finish Line Performance), and everyone keeps asking "who makes FLP??" So I go to their website, and they do not even list the headers anymore

When they were installed on my old camaro, I saw huge gains with them, they fit better than my kooks, and QTP's, and they tucked up nicely. and they were JetHoted. Not to mention, they came with both the Cats, and the Offroad pipes. So what gives? No body believes me that they are actually, FLP and not SLP

I had a set, sold them to a friend who still runs them on his 98 WS6. They were the first, along with grotts.

I love my FLP's. They look like hell warmed over though from 7 years of heat though.

Dynatech was making the headers for FLP. I guess somewhere they stop selling it to them. Then Dynatech came out with the Supermaxx headers.

Since we figured out what happened to FLP what happened to Grots? Did they go out of business also like stated above? I have a set on my car, fit well and still look pretty good.

Consider them a collectors item these days.

Off the top of someones head, does anyone know the what is the special thing about the grotts'? I know I've seen the term before however never really found what it represented except for knowing it was a way the LTs were designed. I think QTPs are modeled after the grotts', but what the heck does it mean regarding design?

I had a set of Grott's back in 2000 on my Z28 they were 1 7/8 3" slip on collectors. I sold them on the car when I let my Z28 go.

Not sure. I bought my car with them on. 1 7/8 with ball/sockets connections. They seemed to have held up pretty well and the previous owner said he installed them with no problems.

There's still a good amount of people on here that run them, atleast that's what their sig says.

i think that they were the first to offer high flow cats then flp's came out and did one better offering high flow cats and off road pipes for the same price. thats why i got my flp's in 2002 and still have them on my car.
