It depends on how much hp you want to make n/a and what your goals are for the car .
Also how much money you want to spend is a biggie .
I left my bore at 4" and went with a 4" stroke and then added a 2 stage 300 , 150/150

just curious,did your bottom end let go with that Ms3 cam and stock rod bolts? Or are you just looking to add cubes?

rod bolt 
i am already going to put in forged pistons and rods.. then just have it balanced.. then a light hone and slap it together... the new motor only has mabye 10k on it.. so..
