Default 1993 ZL1 Camaro***UPDATE***PICS!

I found this car in a book that I have and I thought I would share it with everyone. I have never seen anything about it anywhere else! I am unable to post a picture of the car but I will list the details about it. First of all it is a one off creation by GM (which sucks). The car has a 572 ci BB with two intake manifolds that resemble chopped 502 ramjet intake manifolds. This engine fits neatly within the fourth gen car! The car produced 650 bhp and 700 pounds of torque! Maybe later on today I can post a picture of it. If anyone knows, I would love to know what happened to this car and if GM even shows this car anymore.

The car now has a 98+ front end and a single dominator carb set up if I remember correctly. I liked it far better with the old front and twin plenum intake. It was incountless magazines and TV shows.

Forgive me if this is wrong but I'm pretty sure this is the car they're referring to.

there is a picture of this car in my muscle car book, it seems, there is next to no information on this car.

The LS1 style ZL1 is the same idea, however, its a different car.

What color is the car? Black or yellow with flames? The black car started out with an LT1 front clip on it.......After 98 it had the LS1 clip put on......

Default Pictures of 93 zL1

Here are the pictures. Sorry that it took me so long to post them but I am really computer illiterate! Enjoy and I wish I owned this beast! GM should have mass produced this car and then there would be no need for Terminators!

WOW! I've never seen the pics of it with the double plenum injection, just the big single carbed, LS1 front clipped version. That's pretty damned sick!!

Beautiful under the hood, but I don't like the wheels at all.

Here is the ZL1 that was at the 06 Texas State Fair F-body day event I was in last year, GM brought it along with a couple other rare cars.

The picture of the LS1 style ZL1 concept and LT1 style ZL1 concept are the same car. GM later updated the front end of the car, and made other updates to keep it on the show circut. Notice in both pictures it has the same paint scheme and rolled fender lip out back. Truley, the baddest of the bad.

That's so sick. I've had that picture with the LS1 front end as my wallpaper.

Those wheels make me want to throw up, but that intake is awesome. I have never seen that car with the LT-1 front end, but I like it either way.
