Predator rev limit and gear shift setings
On my 03 Sierra 5.3L I have the rev limit AND gear shift settings ALL set at 5890 rpms.
When the truck shifts I think (not sure though) it sounds like its hitting the revlimit, or about to.
Should I raise the rev limit and LEAVE the gear shifts the same?

Re: Predator rev limit and gear shift setings
If I read you right you're saying your shift points and limiter are both at 5890. You have to give it a little offset cause 5890 is when it starts the shift process so it'll actually go just a bit higher than that. I'd just put the limiter at a nice round number like 6000. Just my opinion.
