am i there yet?
last month i ran 13.230 2.0 60ft. 2001 ws6 a4 mods wer
ported polished tb.mti lid.slp lm catback.free ramair.
i just installed FLP longtube headers with a ORY.
think that got me there? o yea it was like 90F too im waiting for cooler weather at least 60s

You're close....but no cigar...not yet. You got the power to get there for sure, all that's left is to get out there in some decent air and crank off some high 12s. Good luck!

You put longtubes on the car before a converter? The converter would have given you the biggest bang for the buck and you would be in the low 12 range with a DR.
I had pretty much had the same mods you have ( lid, loudmouth) 13.2 @ 106 2.0 60' and with the converter and nittos, ticked a 12.26 @ 111.7. Longtubes do sound nice though

umm im not sure the guy at the shop told me the ORY i had would not fit my catback so he had to custom a pipe in delete the resonator's
i could care less about 12s now anyway i spent 1k for headlight repairs in LT's in now my headlights are acting up again less then a week after i had replaced the motor

That's odd to replace the whole catback because of an ORY, just do a few tweaks and it will fit.
Headlight motor problems huh? Guessing that you have a firebird, change the plastic gear out for a brass gear and you won't have headlight motor problems anymore. 1K for headlight motor repairs, that's a ripoff and you can do it yourself too, it's pretty easy.
