well what mods are done to the car??? first get all of your bolt ons and converter. then AFTER all of that get a cam. if you get a cam first its going to show not that big of gains b/c your not letting it breathe like it should with the other mods.

something like the tr224 or 228. on 112 to 114LSA. Or you could get the comp 224/228 .581/.588 114LSA like I did. Boost and Nitrous friendly while still making some nice N/A numbers too, not to mention a good DD cam. Something along these lines will work good if you wnt to throw something in quick. I am not a cam guru, if you want a optimum can spec'd there a lots of knowledgeable gentleman on here. You just have to be up on you research enough to know the basics of puting together a setup. Running a stock stall is not a good idea and exhaust is huge if you want a cam to work right. Cams are usually spec'd out for a specific application. the best way it ws said to me once is that the cam should be the last thing chosen in the setup. If you want nitrous and have a stalled auto with a cam etc, you should atleast know exactly what plans/parts you are going to do........than decide on the cam. If you understand what I am saying, LOL.
