Cometic Gasket Question? Everything I heard about them before is that they are .040" compressed. In this link it says "Material: MLS / C.O.T. - .051"
Is that the correct gasket and that .051" is before it is compressed? What one did you use if you have Cometic Gaskets?

You can order them in a different thickness. Not all are .040. If you need some, I can recommend SDPC. I called Matt when I needed mine and had them in just a few days. http://www.sdparts.com/catalog/lsgen...adGaskets.aspx
