steering column lever (wiper, turn signals, high beam) not activating high beams So the lever on my 2000 Z' just flops around when I try to turn on my high beams. It operates the turn signals and wipers and cruise control but when I pull it back it just flops around.
Any ideas? Can this be replaced as just the lever?

Mine did the same thing, when I pulled the cover off I found a plastic link that joins the lever to the rod that runs down the column was disconnected. It was a bitch but I hooked it back up and it works like new again.
