Title pretty much says it all...do any companies make a 9" rear that will support the 3-channel ABS found in non-TCS F-bodies?

Also, does any work need to be done to modify a 9" to work with the stock F-body suspension components?

no 3-channel ABS on 9" rear ends. Moser and Strange only offer a 4-channel setup. Currie told me that they didn't offer any setups to retain ABS/TCS.

That's right. They can get the 4-channel because the reluctors are on the axles, but can't do the 3-channel because the reluctor is inside the pumpkin itself. Nobody's figured out a way to put the reluctor inside the pumpkin (chunk) on a 9-inch yet, AFAIK.

I don't know of a 3 channel abs setup for a 9" but i have heard of some people making 4 channel work with 3 channel. How I do not know no abs on my car it weighs too much :D

Would it be possible to convert the 4-channel signal so the 3-channel system can understand it? Then it would just be a matter of plugging in some different connectors. :drive:

Or maybe weld a ring onto the pinion shaft, kind of like the alternator drive on NASCAR, and bolt the sensor on with a bracket mounted to one of the housing bolts? Would have to be very careful with alignment, and clearance with the suspension completely compressed.......
Could work though........
