Werd. If you have an O2 that doesn't move off of 450 mV, well, time for a new one! R.I.P...

Sorry I wasn't clear in my first post. See my location, my stock C5 did not come with any O2 sensors in the exhaust. I think our version of PCM is not programmed to receive any reading from any O2 sensors.

Does anyone know what type of calibration could my PCM be using to determine the rich/lean conditions?

Are you set up to run in speed density mode?
