Default Reluctor wheel is damaged. How hard is it to change?

Something got between my reluctor wheel and the block and damaged the teeth so I need a new one. How hard is it to change and where can I get one at the best price? Crank is a Lunati.

The part is not expensive at all, but it has to be pressed on and off I believe.
