Default Need exhaust advice

I'm putting cats back on. Right now I have an ORY, LT's and a cutout. I'm planning on adding another cutout to the mix. My question is, is there a certain distance I should keep the cutout from the collector since the o2 sensor is so close. I've heard of fresh air getting to the sensor and throwing codes. Can anybody confirm this?

Thanks

Where are you trying to put the cutouts? before the cats? and yes cutouts can get to close to the O2's

The cutouts will be before the cats. How far do they have to be from the sensor?
