Default need part number for ATI balancer that is SFI

What part number for ATI balancer?
I have no AC and don't need the ac pulley

I am only running the alternator off of it.

It gives me like 6 different ones for my car when I search all of different diameters and some of different materials; Steel or Aluminum/ Steel or Aluminum.
Which is the best one to get?

It needs to meet NHRA SFI specs

engine is a LS1 5.7

Is the underdrive one bigger or smaller diameter? which is better?

917277 is the aluminum 10% UD for a stock stroke LS1, steel hub, no AC pulley. 6.8" diameter. Thats the one myself and a many others use.

Their catalog is a little confusing

As madman said all ATI dampers are SFI.

Does it use a stock sized belt or would it be the same one my ASP uses?

Its just a balancer, thats all it comes with.

You can use a stock length belt but the next size shorter is the one I used.

So since you use the stock alternator pulley wouldn't that mean that the alternator would slow down?

Also what bolt do I need to buy for the crank?

Yes, the alternator, powers steering and water pump all turn 10% slower, its not going to change much. ASP pulley is 25% underdrive.

You need either a new stock crank bolt or I use an ARP bolt.

There are cheaper SFI pullies out there then the ATI, main reason I use it it because its the only one that works with the blower pulley I use. ASP, fluidamper, march, powerbond etc all sell SFI dampers.

Ok I bought that part number mentioned above.
I have a question about it.

The stock balancer has no key/slot in it.
The cranke has no key on it.
The ATI one has a key/slot in it.
Does that matter for anything?
Do I need to put a pin in it or can I just put it on like normal?

If you are not running a blower, are using the marks on it for timing or turning extremely high rpm/endurance you dont have to key the crank.
