Default Crazyy!!!!!

Well I just got the 83 and I knew the front brakes were bad because they hung up and over heated on the way home.

Have all new front rotors, calipers, and pads, along with new fluid.

Well I was wondering why the car was running like a dog, not that much faster then my old 96 Z even...

Well I decided to get under the dash and look at the timing box and sure enough there was a pill in it.

6 DEGREES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (for the N2O)

Ill take it back out in the afternoon with the good non hanging brakes and the 6 degrees back in it and see what she does

BBC 3rd gen and it isnt much faster than your old LT1? 6 degrees wont do much for you, there must be something else wrong.

.

Cool, take your time, have fun. Don't forget, cars always cost twice what you think it will & take twice as long to finish. Have fun.

Well I think it was the brakes draging also.

I took it out today and did a second gear pull and let it shift itself. Car ran a lot stronger.

Did a first gear pull and slamed it up into second when the 7k RPM shift light came on. Went from like 20mph to 70 in no time. It also hazed the tires a bit.

Came home and put the QA1 shocks on and set them both at 4 and then put in the double adjustable with rod ends Spohn LCA's. Still have the brackets to have installed.

Car went 11.0-11.1 on the motor spinning, who knows it that was with the pill in it or not. It feels like that or a 10.8.10.9 car.

Have nearly a full tank of a mix of Sunoco 110 and Sunoco 94 now also.

All pulls were done on a back country road thats well paved.

Im all about saftey.

Yeah car has the stock brakes for now.
I think the left rear spring is bad or going bad. The left rear sits a little lower.
