Default Problems after header installation

Ok so I put Pacesetter Long tube headers on my 2001 z28. Off of the headers we put bullet mufflers and then to a turndown. Ever since I havent been able to get on it at all because it seemed like it was missing. There was a ton of popping coming from the exhaust too. Any suggestions on why the car may not be running well please let me know.

did you hit the spark plugs when you were putting the headers on?

its a broken plug/bad wire. I had the same problem. Get new plugs and wires, and gap the plugs at .035

Same thing here, like said, check your plugs and wires. your prolly running on less then 8 cylinders right now cause of that. Mine felt like a dam V6 with alot of backfires.

Could be you're fouling a plug.

My brother installed SLP L/T's on his previous car, a Hawk, and had a problem similar to yours. He kept fouling plugs.

When I installed my L/T's, I upgraded my plug wires, and I've never had a problem.

Thanks alot for the comments, thats what I think the problem is too, I was also thinking maybe the setup just isn't working, I think I need to go back further, but it seems to be running ok for now, thanks again.
