Finally made 12's
Just had the car th Great lakes last night and the track was stickier than hell. I couldn't get a good launch at all. I made two passes only and both were 12.9 sec. runs. still on the stock rear and i was afraid to really launch because the track was very sticky. I ran the car down the track with almost bald Fuzion ZRI's stock size. Very happy with the car as it only has the intake and exhaust. Just need a 9" and i won't be afraid to launch on sticky days.

Congrats, get some drag radials, and you should cut some 1.8 60', to yeild some mid. 12's. I have been running drag radials for 5 years on the stock rear, 100's of passes, stock clutch should slip before rear goes. I'm in the market for a clutch now, prob. go with LS7, so I can cut some 1.6 60' and run 12.o's before headers.

Nice times....I could only muster a 2.1 on my Fuzions my first time out. Personally I wouldn't be concerned with busting the rear on street tires either. Anyways, congrats man!

The car already has an LS7/LS2flywheel clutch in it. i like the way it grabs but the 9" has to go in along with some better shocks it sounds horrible going down the track with the shocks knocking bad. i'm shure the 10 passes or so that i've done in the past year and a half have put enough toll on the rear and i'm shure it'll implode sooner or later. the car used to see 3000-3500 clutch drops on a daily bases and toasted the clutch and most likely weakend the rear alot. next year starting fresh it should have a 9" and 4:11's in the rear. i'll be happy i'll have a almost bullit proof drivetrain.
