its sooo hard to shift into gear.. i have a m6 obviously..
When i installed it i used a gasket i custom made im wondering if that has something to do with it. its a paper gasket.
sometimes its slides right in sometimes its hard to get into gear its not like it grinds or anything i just feel like im going to break somethingthis morning when it was cold it gave me probs as it warmed up it go easier

a lot of shifters, not only the pro 5.0 have this problem. it just has to do with the trans being cold. back when i had an m6 - had the 5.0 as well - i always let the car warm up for a bit (yes, even in the summer) so i never noticed the problem personally.

Right if the problem has to do with the trans being cold then the problem would be there regardless of what shifter you have.
