Hey guys,

Need to sell my car as I need something better on gas and tote the kids around.

Here is some info.

1997 Trans Am
Silver Exterior
Charcoal leather interior with lumbar
147K highway miles
A4 Tranny
3:23 rear
PW/PL
No t-tops (hardtop car)

Here is the list of the bad and good.

Bad: Typical wear/some tear on the outer lumbar support on the drivers side leather, motor runs good but has a very SLIGHT oil leak (one-two drops per day), it appears to be the opti seal. Mirrors need to be repainted (bug damage), A/C removed (compressor shot-still have most of it) and heat does not get warm (lines are clear but I believe core is plugged), radio works but doesnt light up, crack in the plastic dash near the windshield.

Good: Paint is about an 8-8.5 out of 10....always garaged kept, rest of interior is in real good shape (never been smoked in), never wrecked, newer tires, 16" factory chrome wheels, plugs, wires, and coil (MSD) replaced about 15K miles ago, opti andfront rotors/pads replaced about 40K ago, new water pump, radiator, and hoses (5K miles), LPE cold air kit, 1LE intake elbow, A.I.R removed but I have the pump and bracket still, new windshield being replaced this week (small rock hit it so insurance is putting in a new piece of glass), hotchkis PHB, good brakes, serviced the rear and trans about 8K miles ago, brand new 3" spintech catback exhaust, engine compartment cleaned up, many items repainted, egr removed, like new tokico rear shocks going on this week.

I am the second owner as the original owner was a couple who owned a 66 vette and a cobra (not mustang-the real deal). I have all the original paperwork, sales receipts, repair receipts, even the build sheets.

The car is daily driven and has never given me any problems except the water pump. Runs good, shifts good, good solid car for the mileage and alot of fun. I have the title in hand with no leins.

KBB value in my area is 5200 for private party good shape. I know the market is tough right now but this is a nice car.

I am looking to get 4200.
