Default O-Ringed Block: Head Question

The Backround:
I've got a Iron block that has been O-ringed with Stainless Wire, the Diameter of the the 0-ring is 4.220

The Question:

I want to use the a large bore 4.125 head like the new Warhawk Ls1x, Edelbrock Terminators or My ported AFR 225's.
With a 4.125 Copper gasket is .095 to the Stainless O-ring enough material to insure a a proper seal against the copper gasket?

Cliffnotes:

Is .095 Enough Gasket material to seal between the cylinder and the O-ring.
