Default Wiring help

I am having trouble wiring up my toyota project. The engine is an 04 5.3. I checked the thread about wiring a 5.3 but apparently it is for an older model. On mine I have it wired as follows:

C1-A3 (Crank voltage) to the original starter wire
A9 (Ign 1 voltage) to the original coil wire
C2-B7 grounded
C3-F1 (fuel pump supply voltage) to the fuel pump power wire
E4 grounded

Am I missing something or is one of these wires incorrect? I am pretty sure a3 and f1 are correct but am not sure about a9, I have the pin outs if anyone is willing to help me.

Also do both of the "lugs" on the under hood fuse box have a power wire going to them?

I think only one does. The wire coming from the junction where the B+ meets the alternator wire if I'm not mistaken. Make sure its the lug that has continuity with one of the B+ fuse terminals on the UFB. Then use one of the single wire connectors on bottom of UFB to supply power to your junction block that sends power to your ignition switch. Use fusible link. Good luck. I'll look at my wiring papers at work tommorrow for the rest of your ?

Everything looks right on the above. I powered my transmission by running a jumper from C1 connector, pin A7 to C1 connector, pin C9. This supplies power to Connector C2, pin E11-transmission power supply. You have to have the airbag fuse in the UFB for this to work. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thank you. I couldnt get the starter to work the way it was wired above, so I just used the stock toyota wiring for the starter.

Did you run that wire to the relay on the UFB? I'd have to go look at my Blazer tommorrow to see exactly how I ran it.
