Need your opinion on this exhaust FAST
OK, I'm ordering LTs (brand unnamed to keep flaming down), and I currently have a Flowmaster 80 series catback on my car. Should I get an OffRoad Y-pipe with the LTs and put it up to my catback, or should i just get headers and do a setup like this?

Thanks!

Do duals if you know what you're doing or somebody who does is doing the work. They are an awesome way to get a great sounding exhaust, but if you suck with exhaust work, they're a great way to lose all of your ground clearance.
I love mine and they tuck up better than most ORY setups I've seen.

Since your getting LTs get a borla and you won't even need to worry about a cutout.
I have a cutout on my setup. Just the basic summit manual cutout, but honestly i don't even use it. I had it open for one day and realized i friggin hate it. To me the cutouts just sound nasty (as is shitty excess noise).
I'm in love with my Borla however. As far as catbacks go i wouldn't go with anything other than Borla or Gmmg. I love the borla because the passengers exhaust is completely non restricted. At WOT the car ****** screams! I've had many complaints from people driving beside me, from when i gunned it passed them.
But when i'm just traveling around town ( with an m6 at least, i can keep it fairly quite). I think that's what actually startles people, because until i punch it it's not too loud, must be a shock to them lol. Believe me you might think oh but i want it to scream all the time. No you won't. Unless this is just a race car, you won't, because it's annoying as all hell. Mines just a weekend car and i still like it quite sometimes.
You should definitely check out some of the stickies as well. I'm sure they have ratings on the free flowing exhaust systems out there. If you can't quite swing a borla or gmmg i would go magnaflow.
As for true dual, I'm not to up to date on setups for true dual exhaust so i don't want to mislead you. However, i've heard one car with pacesetter LT's through dynomax bullets and the car sounded friggin amazing.
