100 ft drags/no rules! Our local oval track has started hosting 100 foot drag races. There is a lot competition there as we have no drag strip within 5 hours.
Being there is no rules what could one do to get better traction? The "track" is bare asphalt, no vht. I wouldn't have time to add vht to my tires.
How much would adding weight to the back of the vehicle help?
Would super low tire pressure be better? I run MT 325 50 15 DR's
Any other tricks?
I run a turbo 4th gen Z with full bmr suspension DA shocks on back & SA shocks on front. T400 with brake.
I have the shocks on full loose for rebound & full tight for compression. My Pinion angle is -2.5 Is this good for basically street launching?

Will they allow you to do a burnout in VHT? Just have someone pour some in front of the back tires, and carry the burnout out where you're launching. It works on the street just fine. 
Being that it's on asphalt, it's gonna be hard to make anything with power hook. I think 2.5* is too harsh for an unprepped surface, especially with radials. Try a 2.0 or slightly less and see what it does. Best bet would be to mess with it on a side road before the drags and see what works best.

I can change my pinion angle. I don't know enough to understand how this setting works better for one surface than another.
I am running 18 PSI in my tires. I am also considering adding some weight in the back with some lead that I have.

I would get a bias ply tire on the car, the radials probably won't work as well for what you have to deal with.
